Duties and Responsibilities:
- Comply with the ITG Quality Framework established by TSG and ensure Test Process are followed according to the SDLC and TSG Test Process
- Plan, Control and implement automation testing processes in accordance to schedule, budget and overall test efforts
- Define and monitor execution of test tasks and activities
- Set automation metrics and ensure that team meets the set metric
- Analyze non-functional requirements raises questions to ensure good understanding of the non-functional requirements being developed
- Design, develop, test and maintain the automated test scripts
- Create and maintain test data for the automation scripts
- Execute scripts for Automation Regression or other Functional/Non-Functional Automated test scripts
- Create or provide input to Test Lead in the Test Planning, scheduling of Tes Activities, Test estimation and identify potential Risks and Issues
- Raise defects with sufficient details to aid in the investigation of the issue by providing well documented Proof of Testing and defect information
- Conducts retest for defect fixes
- Create Test Reports (daily/weekly) to provide progress and status of their assigned tasks
- Collaborate closely with other team members and departments (developers, delivery/project managers, business users etc.)
